Exhibition Identity and Book Design
Wrong Angles was a major solo show of new work by acclaimed Western Australian artist, Alex Spremberg, at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts. The show was comprised of paint-drenched cardboard boxes reconstructed into “wrong-angled” geometric shapes and arranged on the floor, walls and tables around the gallery – strange and beautiful work.
The 64 page catalogue, produced in close cooperation with Alex and PICA curator Leigh Robb, is driven by the meticulously directed photography of the vibrant objects.
Wrong Angles is available from the PICA website.
